If you're running into issues with specific needles, but not all needles, follow the steps below.
- Troubleshoot the Needle.
- Check the Thread Path.
- Check the Thread Cone.
- Check your Hook Adjustments. For EMT16Plus and EMT16* or for XTS and XT. You most likely only need to verify Needle Case Calibration (Needle Centering) and Needle Depth. If you are getting Needle Specific Issues and think Hook Adjustments might be the cause, verify you are doing the adjustments after replacing all needles.
- Verify what your Closest and Furthest Needle numbers are for Needle to Hook Gap.
- Verify if the Closest and Furthest Needle numbers have changed. This could occur after a Hoop Spike or Clamp Hit.
- Make sure a Thread Feed Forward 200 Test completes successfully.
