Have the Serial Number of your machine or software available when calling.
Technical Support Representatives are also available at no charge for Melco products currently covered under Extended Warranty Plans.
Outside of the United States, please contact support from the Melco Distributor for your country.

IMPORTANT: This package provides telephone technical support for non-warranty Melco AMAYA , XT, XTS machines and/or DesignShop v9 and v10 software. 30 Days of Telephone Technical Support from the date of purchase. This does not cover parts or service. This purchase is Non-Refundable. This Technical Support package is not available for discontinued legacy machines and software such as: EMT/EMC 10T, EMC 10/6/4, EMT 1, EP1, Premier, early DTG printer models and DesignShop prior to Version 9.
