In the United States, Melco Technical Support Specialists are available at no charge for Melco products that are currently covered under warranty by calling 888.710.8053 between the hours of 7:30am and 4:30pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Have the Serial Number of your machine or software available when calling.

Melco Technical Support Specialists are also available at no charge for Melco products currently covered under Extended Warranty Plans.

Outside of the United States, please contact support from the Melco Distributor for your country.  Here are the support resources in Canada.

Telephone Technical Support packages are available for customers in the United States with machines no longer covered under warranty (see list below).

IMPORTANT:  This package provides telephone technical support for these machines:

  • XT
  • XTS
  • Bravo
  • EMT16
  • DesignShop (v9 and above)

30 Days of Telephone Technical Support from the date of purchase. This does not cover parts or service, and Melco does not provide any guarantee that the situation can be resolved via Telephone Technical Support. This purchase is Non-Refundable.

This Technical Support package is not available for discontinued legacy machines and software such as: EMT/EMC 10T, EMC 10/6/4, EMT 1, EP1, Premier, early DTG printer models and DesignShop prior to Version 9, all of which are no longer supported by Melco.
