To compensate for different sew conditions, Melco OS also has a Pull Compensation function in the software. It is recommended to check those Pull Compensation settings before continuing below.

Thick Columns Sewing Caps:

1.  Update your software to the most recent software version.

2.  Check sew Speed. If you are getting a Thick Column issue while sewing on Caps, set the sew speed to 600

3.  Check your Bobbin.

4.  Check your Presser-Foot.

5.  Check your Acti-Feed.

6.  Change the Operating Software Pull compensation. This setting might need to be adjusted differently for individual machines.
