If the Laser for your machine is staying on and does not turn off, follow the steps below.
- For machines with a 34799 Main-PCB, check for Needle Stuck/Z Bind During 30,000,000 Maintenance (Step 4-7).
- If the situation remains unresolved, you will need additional technical assistance. Here are the available Melco Technical Support options.
a. If possible, swap the Main-PCB with another machine of the same model. If the Laser does not Stay On, the Main-PCB might need to be replaced.
