If this message flashes twice after you turn on the machine and remains on the gray screen, you will need additional technical assistance. Here are the available Melco Technical Support options. The Main-PCB might need to be refreshed for the correct model of machine. As a workaround you might be able to run with Lite if Flex is not detecting.
- Power Cycle the machine twice, once with Force Download checked and then with Force Download unchecked.
- Wait with the machine Powered On and connected to the computer. In extreme scenarios the machine may need to remain on for up to 24 hours.
