Unable to connect: Please check Ethernet settings.

If you are getting this message it means the computer was not able to connect to the machine, follow the steps below to resolve.

1.  Power Cycle the Computer and Machine, follow Proper Start-Up Procedure.

2.  Select the correct network adapter.

3.  Verify that the network adapter that the Machine is connected to is not Disabled.  If it is, Enable it.

4.  Verify that the network settings are correct and that IPv6 is enabled:  To view settings, Right Click on the Network Adapter > Properties > This connection uses the following items:

5.  Refresh the /mc Registry. This change should only be made by someone who is experienced with making Windows Registry modifications.  Here are the available Melco Technical Support options.

6.  Follow the steps for Machine not Detecting (Not Connecting to Computer).
