1. Open The Machine Operating Software (OS) on your computer.
- Turn your machine On.
- Make sure you are using the Advanced OS. (Simplified OS instructions below.)
- Select Tools > Options > Ethernet.
- Select the Ethernet adapter that is connected to your machine(s). You can find the name of it in the adapter list in Control Panel
6. Check the Force Download box.
7. Click Apply and OK.

Click on the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the screen:
Click the Settings icon a 2nd time:
Click on the box depicting the network adapter that your Melco machine(s) are connected to:
