If your machine is not detecting Bobbin Run Out, follow the steps below.
- Update your software to the most recent software version.
- Set your Sensitivity to default.
- If you are using AMAYA OS v10.01.001, refresh the Jobs and Machines folders, Uninstalling/Reinstalling the AMAYA OS program, or Registry Refresh.
