If on the Tools > Maintenance > Information tab, the trimmer type shows ????, this might be due to the menu being open during a Power Cycle.
- Close the menu and power cycle the machine again. If the trimmer type still shows ????, continue with the steps below.
- Try doing a Mainboard Re-Flash
- Check if there is a Machine does not disconnect issue. To confirm you will need additional technical assistance. Here are the available Melco Technical Support options.
