If you see this message, follow the steps below:
1. Switch to the Advanced OS.
2. Try sending the design again and check for any errors.
a. The file [Filename] can not be accessed, it may be used by this or other application.
3. Follow the steps for Machine Not Detected (Not Connecting To Computer).
4. Verify that both DesignShop and the Operating Software have Run As Administrator In Windows turned on.
