1. Try to load the design directly into the Operating Software. In the Operating Software click on File > Load Design… > and choose the design you want to load.
2. Alternatively, save the design to your desktop before sending it to the machine.
3. If the situation remains unresolved, you will need additional technical assistance. Here are the available Melco Technical Support options.
a. If the design is saved in a .zip file, extract the .zip before loading it to DesignShop.
