If you receive an error message when sending a design file from DesignShop to either AMAYA OS or Melco OS:
1) Make sure that AMAYA OS or Melco OS are already running.
2) Make sure that DesignShop is running with Windows Administrator rights (detailed below):
Right-Click the DesignShop icon on your Desktop and choose "Run as Administrator"
Or, right-click the DesignShop icon, choose "Properties" from the bottom of the list, and then under the Compatibility tab, check the "Run this program as an administrator" option:
