1. Sending a design from DesignShop to the machine is supported by Melco OS and AMAYA OS. It is not supported by Bravo OS. (In Bravo OS, choose File > Load Design.)
2. If the Operating Software freezes, follow this article.
3. Make sure DesignShop is set to Run as Administrator in Windows.
4. Click the Reset Design button and try sending the design again.
5. If you are getting the message: "Amaya OS Is Not Responding. Would You Like To Try Again?" follow the steps in this linked article.
6. If DesignShop is only sending a design to one machine but not asking to send it to a different machine, make sure Tools > Settings > Settings > Enable Master Queue is unchecked.
