Your machine's X-Drive Cable Requires Tensioning for proper machine performance. This process is included in the 10 Million Stitch (Monthly) Maintenance procedure in Melco OS and Bravo OS. Additional resources are provided in this article.
REPLACEMENT:
- For machines covered under warranty, Contact Melco Technical Support to determine if an X Cable requires tensioning or replacement.
- For machines not covered under warranty, contact and hire a Certified Melco Technician to perform the cable replacement.
