
1. If you see this error while using an Original Amaya (BigRed) machine, verify if your color change is on Index as well as if it can Home. Go to Tools > Maintenance > Sensors > Color Change > Index should read Open.
2. Verify the needle is at Head Up.
3. If Index does not read Open, manually push the needle case by hand until the Presser Foot it centered on a needle.
4. Cycle the Emergency Stop Button.
5. If the situation remains unresolved, you will need additional technical assistance. Here are the available Melco Technical Support options.
