Before following the steps below, verify you are not running into a similar issue. For example, Software stays Minimized or Software is Crashing. If you see a temporary loading screen, but the software crashes, follow those steps.
If the Operating Software launches successfully but you see a blank gray screen follow the steps for Not Connecting To Computer.
If you try to open the operating software but nothing appears on the screen, follow the steps below.
1. Right click on the Windows Start Button.
2. Click on Task Manager.
3. Click More details.
4. You should see the Melco OS listed twice. Once under Apps and another under Background processes. Make sure to End task for both.
5. If you are unable to refresh the Background process, verify which application your shortcut is attempting to open.
6. Try to open the Operating Software again.
7. Power Cycle the Computer.
