Here are suggestions for embroidery on Foam Trucker Hats:
- When embroidering on foam it is best to first underlay the shape with a walk stich down the center, followed by an edge walk. This secures the foam to the backing to keep it from moving. Then, the top stitching should have a zig zag underlay and heavier than normal density.
- Use the normal Center-Out thread path for the design and/or lettering.
- To keep puckering down, increase Acti-feed a little more than normal.
That information is in addition to the general recommendations for hat embroidery.
