If your custom fonts are missing in the software drop down menu but are still placed in the Alphabets Folder after a software update, follow the steps below. If custom fonts not from Melco are missing from the Alphabets Folder, contact the digitizer of the font to request backup copies. It is recommended to backup fonts and save them externally, to a second location not on the computer.
- Backup all custom fonts to a folder on your computer's desktop.
- Uninstall and Reinstall the Melco software.
- Verify the custom fonts are still in the Alphabets Folder. If they are not, copy and paste the backups from the desktop.
