If a designs preview is missing from Windows follow the steps below.
1. Click on Tools > Icon Update
You can select the folder's location where you would like files to show previews and click Begin.
2. In Windows, try setting the default app to Melco OS.
3. If the situation remains unresolved, you will need additional technical assistance. Here are the available Melco Technical Support options.
