- Update your software to the most recent software version.
- If you see this error message in DesignShop v10, the timed license (Product Serial Number) has expired. To resolve this, contact the provider of the license.
- If you upgraded to DesignShop v11, enter your DesignShop v11 Product Serial Number to Activate DesignShop v10, the serial number will begin with DS11- Only one Activation can be used at a time.
- If you receive [Error9] An Error Has Occurred During Activation, close the Activation window and reopen it to see if you receive the same error again.
