AmTrim & example of a Missed Trim
AmTrim is a design that can help test and resolve trimming difficulties. It is included with all Melco software installations, and you can also download the design below.
Run this design with standard application baseline settings.
You might notice Needle Specific issues, where some needles always trim fine and others consistency have issues.
Missed Trims in Red / Missed Stitches or Missed starts in blue
Set your Color Sequence to be needles 1 through 16.
If 8 of the first 16 trims fails, stop the test and continue troubleshooting with appropriate steps, for example, Missed Trims.
