If your Crosshair is not centering in DesignShop follow the steps below.
1. Right click on the Design Origin button.
2. Click the Project tab.
3. Change the Width and Height values in Workspace Area to fit your screen.
You might also need to delete the following file:
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Melco\Settings\GridDefaults.xml
If the situation remains unresolved, you can request technical assistance from Melco Technical Support.
