- Click the Cancel button.
- Go to Tools > User…
- If Tools > Users… is grayed out, close the Melco OS and re-open it. If it’s still grayed out refer to this help center article: https://melco.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030065252
- Double click the black arrow next to the Admin account.
- Change the password in the password and confirm password box to a new one.
