How to Check Physical Machine Connection

1.  Open The Melco operating software (Melco OS, Bravo OS or AMAYA OS) on your computer.

2.  Turn on your Melco machine and check to make sure it’s plugged into your computer.

3.  Go to your Control Panel by clicking on the Windows button and typing in:  Control Panel.

4.  Select View By: Small or Large icons

5.  Go to Network and Sharing Center

6.  Click Change adapter settings

7.  Check the adapter your machine is plugged into. It won’t be a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth adapter.

  • If there is no red x, Windows detects that something is connected and if you are still unable to connect to your Melco machine, this is usually a computer setting problem.
  • If there is a red x, but it flashes on and off, follow the steps for physical connection problem, you might need to USB Reflash, for 34799 Main-PCBs (Current Technology).
  • If you are using a USB adapter that does not appear in the Network Connections list above, try plugging it into another USB port.  After plugging it into another port, if it appears and disappears this could be due to a physical issue with the adapter or an IDS app, for example: Antivirus, or a VPN.

8.  Note the name of the adapter that is used to connect your computer to your machine, it might be needed for any additional troubleshooting.
