Required Warranty Parts Return Using UPS Return Label

When you receive replacement parts from Melco under warranty with an included UPS Return Label, it is required that the UPS Shipping Label be used to return the faulty or unused part(s) to Melco within 15 days of the repair to ensure that you aren’t charged for the warranty part(s).

Please use the original packaging and packing materials if possible. The package can be given to your UPS courier, or can be shipped from any UPS Shipping Center.

You may receive a statement from Melco indicating that required parts have not been received back by Melco and will include the cost of the parts on the statement.
