[Error 30] The DesignShop version 10 Product Serial Number entered is still active.

If you are seeing this error, follow the steps below.

1. Close DesignShop v11.
2. Open DesignShop v10.  If you are unable to open DesignShop v10, please review the article covering: The Product Serial Number Has Been Activated On Another Device, before trying to activate DesignShop v11.
3. Click Tools > Deactivate Product...

4.  Click Yes > Yes > Done.

5.  Try to activate DesignShop v11.
