- DesignShop v11 - When purchased new (not an upgrade from an earlier version) the Product Serial Number is printed on the card included in the package containing your software, and is also sent via email. Upgrades to DesignShop v11 receive the Product Serial Number via email only.
- DesignShop v10 - The Product Serial Number is located on the back of the installation DVD case.
- DesignShop v9 and Earlier: The Product Serial Number is located on the tag on the USB Security Dongle.
