If you encounter this error, make sure you are loading a supported file: DesignShop Supported File Types.
NOTE: Wilcom (.EMB) files are supported but they have to be saved within the Wilcom software as Version 1.8 (or sometimes earlier) to be compatible. Wilcom incorporated a proprietary encryption within their current file formats which prohibits newer .EMB files from being read by Melco OS, Bravo OS or DesignShop. **Updating to the latest releases of Melco OS v11 and DesignShop v11 may provide compatibility with Wilcom v4.5 and earlier .EMB files.
.ART files from Bernina 8 and earlier should work with latest releases of Melco software. Bernina 9 files need to be saved as Bernina 8 or earlier .ART files.
