Error: "Failed to Fetch" when logging in to MelcoCloud

If you encounter this error when logging in to MelcoCloud for DesignShop 12, it indicates that access to MelcoCloud has been blocked by a 3rd party internet filter, firewall or router.

Similar errors due to 3rd party internet filters may include:

Activation failed, error logging in with token

Product Activation Failed, signature mismatch

 

To resolve this situation, disable the filter or contact that 3rd party company and request that they allow access to:

melcocloud.com   and  *.melcocloud.com
