DesignShop 12 Activation Screen Blank or Spinning Progress Wheel

If the DesignShop 12 Activation Screen isn't loading properly with one of the following (or similar) appearing:

             

1.  Use Tools - Check for Updates to make sure you are running the current release of DesignShop 12.

2.  If DesignShop 12 is up to date:

3.   Close DesignShop 12

4.  Delete the following folder:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\DesignShop.exe

for example: C:\Users\rsmith\AppData\Roaming\DesignShop.exe

("designshop.exe" is the name of the Folder....not a file)

5.  Launch DesignShop 12 and the Activation window should appear properly.
