1) Log in with the Master Account (Customer's Main Email Address) at: www.melcocloud.com
2) Click Administration>Users
3) Click the First Name of the Sub-User that needs a password reset:
4) Click on Login and Reset Password:
5) Copy the temporary password that appears on the screen:
5) That Sub-User will need to Sign In on melcocloud.com using that username and password.
6) They will then be prompted to Set a new password.
