DesignShop 12 requires an internet connection for initial license activation. After activation, the software can run offline for up to 90 days.
To continue using DesignShop 12 beyond that period, the computer must reconnect to the internet so the license can automatically revalidate the next time you start DesignShop 12. Once validated, DesignShop will again function for up to 90 days without internet access.
We recommend keeping the computer connected online whenever possible to ensure your license stays current and receives periodic software updates.
