When using DesignShop version 10 in Windows 10, there have been reports of display issues loading .JPG or .BMP graphics files when the Windows Display Driver Model 1.1 (WDDM 1.1) video driver is being used.
Microsoft does not support WDDM 1.1 in Windows 10. Use an updated version of WDDM from Microsoft, or the video card manufacturer's video driver as an alternative.
