When a USB Drive is removed from the Touchscreen and inserted into in a Windows computer, Windows may display the above message. This is a common notification with USB Drives that are moved between Windows and other Operating Systems. The USB Drive doesn't actually require repair. The message can be ignored or the repair process can be performed, but shouldn't have any effect on the USB Drive. This is documented in the online manual.
