Machine Not Detected when using ESET Smart Security Firewall

ESET Smart Security firewall software has a Personal Firewall feature that can keep the Melco/Amaya/Bravo OS software from detecting the machine.  

Here are the steps which should allow detection. Additional questions on these changes should be directed to ESET Smart Security's Technical Support:

  1. Open the ESET Smart Security Advanced Setup
  2. Choose Network - Personal Firewall - System Integration
  3. Choose: Personal firewall is completely disabled
