Blank White Window When Performing Check for Online Updates

If you have a version of DesignShop earlier than 9.00.099, you can fix the Online Update functionality by Removing the Update Agent software and then reinstalling it from your installation CD using the SETUP.EXE program located in D:\DesignShop\gUtil\UpdateAgent

 

 

 

After Removing that program, run that same SETUP.EXE and install the Update Agent again.
