To resolve either of these errors follow the steps below:
- Turn your embroidery machine off.
- Go to Tools > Options > Ethernet

- Check the Force Download box.
- Turn the embroidery machine on.
- If you are still receiving the error message after turning the machine back on, try Resetting the Main-PCB.
